PROGRAM:
Rooted in fun and passion of the game, the purpose of the U8-U9 Academy is to foster the development of young soccer players along with parent education, in a trophy free environment. The primary focus of all practice sessions will be on drills and games
targeted on enhancing soccer technical and tactical skills. Because the Academy is based on a “Player-Centered”
model, each player will be getting more “touches of the ball” than they would in a “Result-Centered”
model. This Academy will act as a bridge for players who are between Recreation/Rec-Plus and Travel Soccer programs.
